Frequently Asked Questions
What is your policy on cancellations?
We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change the time of your tour, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule if the cancellation occurs after this period. No exceptions will be made.
*If we need to cancel your booking due to weather conditions such as strong winds, high waves, or heavy rain, you will be given a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Do you provide snorkeling equipment for the tour?
Yes, we offer high-quality, clean and sanitazed masks, snorkels, and fins for both adults and children. Additionally, life jackets and other flotation devices are available for those who may not be strong swimmers.
When is the best time to go on the tour?
The earlier, the better! That’s why we only offer morning tours to ensure you get the best visibility, calmer waters, and avoid the crowds.
Will we be able to see dolphins, whales, or sea turtles during the tour?
The wildlife we encounter are wild animals, so they don’t follow a set schedule and move around as they please. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll see a specific species, we’re pretty good at finding them. If they’re in the area, we’ll definitely see them! And 99% of the time, you’ll get to see sea turtles!
Can I still join the tour if I don't know how to swim?
We require basic swimming skills for anyone who wants to enter the water on this trip. If you don’t know how to swim, you’ll need to stay on the boat, but don’t worry—you can still enjoy watching the turtles as they come up to the surface to breathe!
Can I bring my own food and drinks on the boat?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any food or drinks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but please make sure they’re in cans—no glass bottles, please!
Is there a bathroom available on the boat?
Yes, we have a bathroom onboard, along with indoor shower and one outdoor shower with cold water.
What happens if it rains?
While Hawaiian weather can be unpredictable, we still operate tours in the rain. However, if the ocean conditions are deemed unsafe, we will reach out to you to reschedule your tour.
Where can I park when I come for the tour?
Parking is available at the harbor right next to our boat for $1 per hour. However, we suggest arriving early to ensure you get a spot, especially during busy times.
How do I schedule a tour?
Please give us a call to check availability for your preferred date.
